Scheduling your complimentary consultation:

• The first step is for you to contact us. We will go over some pre-visit questions at this time to obtain a better understanding of your needs. We will also explain our services in greater detail and answer any questions you might have.

Performing your inventory:

• Using state-of-the-art technology, we begin the documentation process outside, taking pictures and capturing video of the external details of your home or business. We also include any adjacent/attached structures, landscaping, pools, storage units, fences, and screened-in patios. Upon completion, we move to the inside of the structure where we capture video and photographs (room by room) of the entire interior and its contents. Depending on the product selected (see PRICING), we then compile and collect all of the detailed descriptive information on your personal contents for inclusion into your final home inventory portfolio.

After your inventory:

• When the inventory is complete, we take the recorded data back to our office and upload the photos, video, and descriptive data into our secure business software.
• Within 1-2 days, we send you an itemized breakdown of your assets for the assignment of estimated worth. These ‘estimates’ can be provided to us by you or your representative or, for a nominal fee – you may also elect certified valuations and/or certified appraisals for all, or some, of your high value items.
• Once the inventory portfolio is completed (usually 4-5 business days), we will call you to arrange a time to personally deliver it to you.
